PNR Number is a unique ten digit number that is generated at the time of train ticket booking. Its does not matter you are booking online or from Indian Railway Train Ticket Booking counter. This ten digit unique number could be seen at the top right hand side of the Indian Railway ticket. PNR stores basic details of the traveler including his date of travel, ticket number, coach, seat number, source and destination station, berth number and class of travel.
